Whenever a record is created or updated, the extension identifies the company information and fetches the most appropriate logo automatically.

This extension helps you:

Pre-requisites for LogoSync - Auto Logo Updater Extension for Zoho CRM

  • You must be the Zoho CRM Super Admin
  • You need an active Logo.Dev API Key.

How to Install the Extension

To install the extension:

  1. Go to Marketplace → All Extensions in Zoho CRM
  2. Search for LogoSync - Auto Logo Updater Extension for Zoho CRM
  3. Click on Install
  4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click Continue
  5. Choose one of the following:
    • Install for Admin only
    • Install for all users
  6. Click Confirm

After Installation

Once the extension is installed successfully:

  • Configure the required API Key in Org Variables
  • Ensure required permissions are authorized
  • The extension will automatically start working in the background

No additional field mapping or manual setup is required.

How to Use the Extension

The extension works automatically, so no manual action is required in most cases.

Automatic Logo Update

  • When a Lead or Account is created, the logo is automatically added
  • When key fields are updated (such as company details or website), the logo is refreshed automatically
  • Logos are updated in the record image/photo section
  • Visible in both detail view and list view (where applicable)

Best Practices

  • Ensure company-related fields are filled accurately
  • Keep website and email details updated for better results
  • Avoid using generic or incomplete company information

When Logo May Not Appear

The logo may not update if:

  • Required company details are missing
  • Information provided is insufficient or invalid
  • API key is not configured correctly

Uninstalling the Extension

To uninstall the extension:

  1. Navigate to Marketplace → Installed Extensions
  2. Locate LogoSync - Auto Logo Updater Extension for Zoho CRM
  3. Click on Uninstall

Note

  • Uninstalling the extension will stop automatic logo updates
  • Existing records and their data will remain unchanged
  • Any configuration related to the extension will be removed
