How to use the Email Validator by Zero Bounce for Zoho CRM Extension

Automated Email Verification

When the Enable Automatic Email Verification checkbox is selected, the email will be verified whenever a Lead or Contact record is created.
Info
Note:
To carry email validation details into the Contact record during lead conversion, please map the fields under Lead Conversion Field Mapping settings. This helps optimize API credit usage.

Manual Email Verification

When the ‘Enable Automatic Email Verification’ checkbox is not selected, the email must be verified manually using the ‘Validate Email’ button after the Lead or Contact record is created.

To validate the email click on Validate Email button on the Detail View page of the record.

After clicking the ‘Validate Email’ button, a message will be displayed showing the email validation status (e.g., valid, invalid, etc.).

After closing the message popup screen, fields get updated

Mass Email Validation

To validate emails in bulk:
  1. Go to the List View of the module and select the desired Leads.
  2. Select no more than 200 records at a time. For optimal performance, we recommend selecting up to 100 records.
  3. Click the ‘Validate Email’ button to initiate bulk validation.

Once the Emails are validated, a message will be displayed showing the email validation status (e.g., valid, invalid, etc.).
